Entry Fee: $400.00 ( Four Hundred Dollars
, and must be included with entry form.)
Entries must be received by March 10, 2010.
All rinks will be entered as rink name listed on the application.

- Registration and first draw begins at 2:00 p.m.
- Chili and beer at the curling rink 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. |
| Friday, March 26, 2010 |
- Free breakfast
for curlers at Midfield Supply; 7:00am - 11:00am
- Banquet & entertainment at the Beefeater Steak House Basement Banquet room 6:30pm - 1:00am |
| Saturday, March 27, 2010 |
- “Hospitality Room” in the basement banquet room at the Beefeater Steakhouse.
9:00 – 12:00 a.m.
- Socialiser and music at the curling rink lounge 7:30 p.m. |
| Sunday, March 28, 2010 |
- 2:00 p.m.: finals in all events. |

Eligibility:
All curlers must be engaged full time in the petroleum industry (manufacturing,
exploration, production, drilling, contracting, construction, consulting
services, or supplies).
Entries:
- Entries of the following will be accepted by, if received by,
March 10, 2010
a.) Event winners from 2009 Medicine Hat Oilmen's Bonspiel
b.) All
trophy and major event sponsors (one rink per sponsor).
- All other rink entries if received before the deadline date
of March 10, 2010, to complete the draw of 64 rinks. The 65th entry
will be placed on the first stand-by and so on.
- All entries submitted must have four eligible curlers listed,
or the entry will not be accepted.
- Local curlers must be a member of the Oilmen's
Association by March 10, 2010.
- Any team using an ineligible curler will be disqualified from
the Bonspiel.
- All entries will be contacted by phone by March 22, 2010.
- There will be no refunds on cancellations after March 15, 2010.

Entry Forms:
All entry forms must be filled out correctly including rink personnel
and the company the curler is employed by. A
cheque for the full entry fee of $400.00 must accompany the entry
form. NSF or post-dated
cheques void your entry. Cheques will be deposited immediately.
