Number of Rinks: 64
Entry Fee: $400.00 (must be included with entry form) if entered as a four man team.
$200.00 (must be included with entry form) if entered as a two man team.
Entries must be received by March 16, 2012.
All rinks will be entered as rink name listed on the application.

Please read carefully
Eligibility:
All curlers must be engaged full time in the petroleum industry (manufacturing,
exploration, production, drilling, contracting, construction, consulting
services, or supplies).
Entries:
- Entries of the following will be accepted by, if received by,
March 16, 2012
a.) Event winners from 2011 Medicine Hat Oilmen's Bonspiel
b.) All
trophy and major event sponsors (one rink per sponsor).
- *NEW TO 2012, TEAMS MAY ALSO BE ENTERED AS A TWO MAN TEAM. ONCE ALL ENTRIES ARE IN TEAMS WILL BE DRAWN UP.*
- All other rink entries if received before the deadline date
of March 16, 2012, to complete the draw of 64 rinks. The 65th entry
will be placed on the first stand-by and so on.
- All entries submitted must have all eligible curlers listed,
or the entry will not be accepted.
- Local curlers must be a member of the Oilmen's
Association by March 16, 2012.
- Any team using an ineligible curler will be disqualified from
the Bonspiel.
- All entries will be contacted by phone or e-mail by March 26, 2012.
- There will be no refunds on cancellations after March 21, 2012.

Entry Forms:
All entry forms must be filled out correctly including rink personnel
and the company the curler is employed by. A
cheque for the full entry fee of $400.00 or $200.00 for half teams must accompany the entry
form. NSF or post-dated
cheques void your entry. Cheques will be deposited immediately.
